  1. As we welcome new neighbors, those of us that have been here for more than 30 years know just how fragile our water situation is becoming. Please, no irrigated lawns and no underground sprinkler systems! Rather, rely on native grasses and wildflowers. No one needs to move here to mow the lawn. This is not meant to be suburbia. Wells have dropped more than 100 feet in the past thirty years and there’s more of us White Rabbit inhabitants than ever. Without water, our homes are worthless. Water conservation is survival. Thanks.
